I want these two things:- 1. Robot chat box which can answer the questions. I already made a bunch of questions in excel. 2. Ticket system if the robot can not answer including the ticket panel for viewing ticket status and old tickets. Note:- I want it for WordPress and it is done through code without plugin and any third party websites and pages that you made should be optimized including good score and well load speed and responsive.
