Well, it's hard to tell out what exact the website do. Let me just start with the infrastructure requirements: ========Request======== 1) Any coding is okay, but I would prefer some CMS for this project, like phpBB, etc. because I hope I can maintain the website more easier 2) Source code and any admin account pwd must be return to me finally 3) SVN source control server is provided for the project, any updates should commit to my svn server. Project Description: The project like a ranking system for a car plate number. User can search a car plate number and system will list them any of video/comment/phone of this car plate. Lets tell in an example: Might be one day I meet a road ranger on road doing stupid things, and its car plate number is TEX97882, and more lucky I captured a video that he doing stupid things. Then when I back home, I can go to this website, register an account for publishing new post. then I can submit a form of data (We call it a case below), this form should includes: 1) Car Plate number (*=Mandatory) 2) Brand of car 3) Mode of car 4) Color of car 5) Type of things he/she did (Good/Bad) 6) Upload Video/Images / just Comments After filled the above form data, just submit, and data saved into database. Everyone who visit this website can see this video and leave comment about this case. There should be several data table inside this website/system: 1) Car (With Car plate number/color/brand/model of car) 2) Car history, the history about this car plate number (Good/Bad things it did, captured video/image about this car plate number) 3) Comments against point2 (Anyone who have account in this website can leave comments) 4) User(Every one who want to create point 2 / 3) are required to register an account.
