A vehicle registration and revenue system

This will be deployed on workstations and people should be able to register online
1. The system will be used to register vehicles and issue a Unique ID for each vehicle. No multiple registration of vehicles allowed
2. The system will be used to register drivers and assign them to vehicles, Drivers will also have unique IDs
3. Once logged in. users are told to select location
4. All records will be based on different locations and user will be given rights based on location
5. The system will be used to print out vehicles stickers for each registered vehicle
6. The system will also be used to print out drivers cards once registered
7. Each vehicle will have 4 tabs. Details, Accounts and driver tabs
8. Each driver should have Details, Account, History tabs
9. Each vehicle will be issued with a Card with the Unique ID for payments
10. Payments made with this cards should be linked to each vehicle and be seen in the account tab.
11. Payments will be collected using handheld devices and this needs to be linked to the vehicles
12. Vehicle status can be active, suspended, transferred and Inactive with Audit trails
