Hi Developers, I want to have a database for holding historical billing data on electricity and gas invoices/charges. Programming language or Development framework doesn't matter. Invoices data-table contains, Data is in excel format (sample data will be emailed) 1. Customer Name (numbers &text) 2. Supply number (known MPAN for Elec or MPR for gas) (numbers only) 3. Meter ID (Numbers and text) 4. Invoice Date 5. Invoice No 6. Supply Period Start Date 7. Supply Period End Date 8. Register Type (text) 9. Previous Reading (numbers) 10. Previous Reading Type (3 options – Actual (A), Estimated (E), Customer (C) 11. Present Reading (numbers) 12. Present Reading Type (3 options – Actual (A), Estimated (E), Customer (C) 13. Meter Advance 14. Type of Charge 15. Unit Description 16. Units Billed 17. Price per Unit 18. Total Charge £ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs all of the following: Search functions - Search stored data by Supply number, site or period Special reporting function –example Meter IDs showing estimated reads on a pre-dined period Export results in excel Bulk data (xls) import based on defined templates (examples will be provided) Advise on how to run database (web based and hosting costs) For more details please contact me, looking forward to bids and time scales.
