Urgent Scorm integration required in PHP LMS website -- 2

Hello, I have already built website LMS in PHP( CI ) with 4 roles and need someone who can add new module into it. Integrate Scorm & TIN CAN API along with the reporting mechanism into it; So we can upload a Scorm compatible courses which can be play and can trackable Scrom provided activities which we can see in reports. Notes: 1.) It should be supported to SCORM 1.1, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 2nd Edition, SCORM 2004 3rd Edition and SCORM 2004 4th edition versions. 2.) Only those proposal will be considered who have already worked on this; so please send your related work portfolio.
