Urgent - Re-installation of email validation application

We need you to re-install an email validation application (that is already developed) to another server. The application determines the existence of each email address from an uploaded email list by simulating the sending of an email message to each address. Each email address is verified for mailbox existence without actual emails being sent. The application performs a SMTP verification on each email address. The user uploads an email list and the application conducts the verifications in real time. It displays a status bar showing the progress of the list validation. The application is probably multi-threaded as it works very fast by validating about 150K emails per hour. The application used to work on a Linux dedicated server with 16GB Ram and needs to be installed on a similar server. The application is already developed and is sitting on one of our servers. We had hired a freelance developer to develop the application about 3 years ago. There are no instructions in the files, so you will need to understand how the application was developed and find a way to install it on another server and making it work.
