Upgrade wordpress theme and core version

Hi,
I have a client site which require theme and wordpress core version upgrade keeping same functionality.
Job Scope is:
1. Upgrade theme to latest version 1.0.7
2. Upgrade wordpress to 4.1.1
3. Fix any issues arises after upgrade theme or wordpress (normally checkout issue) and make sure site works same after upgrade.
