I need a website currently on Joomla 1.5 and Virtue mart 1.1.5 to be upgraded to latest version. There are a couple of custom modules/extensions that need to work in new version. There may be upgrades for these. If not. an equivalent needs to be found or created. Final upgrade working solution needs to include full mobile responsiveness and full speed of site optimization.
