Updating my sales invoice website

Hello, I have "Invoice website" and i want to update it by adding new features My required features are: 1-Taxes "this feature can be turned on and off" with ability to change taxes percentage 2-Barcode reader. 3-Barcode for per invoice. if barcode scanned the invoice will be opened to be checked by vendor. 4- Barcode is used in 2 ways A-phone number B- invoice number,if vendor choose scan Barcode with phone number it will show all the invoices with that phone number and if vendor choice was scan with invoice number than the invoice will directly be opened to be managed. 5-Action button for the invoice that have balance if vendor clicked on that button the invoice will be paid and the invoice will be printed as "paid" 6-Section for unpaid invoices 7-Creating vendors account with ability to change password and username. If vendor is logged in Their name will appear on the Invoice "this feature can be turned off or on" 8-invoice time. 9-All that must fit to the website translating system. 10-I will have the source code with the full rights to use it anywhere and anytime and unlimited using times. 11-Payment selection "Vendor choice how the money was paid if by cash so vendor select cash and if by sales point then vendor choose pints of sale" Please do not miss understand this feature cause i am not asking for payment integration.
