Update Python Code, Run Program

I use Python and Excel to do financial statement analysis of public companies. I run the program twice a week and constantly make minor changes to it. I need two things: (1) A review of the current program to see where the problem is. I added some macros to the Excel file and now the Python program won't execute properly. It was working fine before the macros. (2) About an hour a week to run and update the program. Qualities I am looking for - at least 3 previous projects on Freelancer - a rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 - available to work at least 1-3 hours a week - someone who works the hours they say they will, and if they can't lets me know as soon as they know. I've had problems with programmers making commitments and not following through - can read and speak fluent English - is honest in their billing. I've had some experience with programmers who bid low per hour but bills many more hours than they should There is the potential for long term steady work.
