I run a karaoke company and I currently have my own online song request system, that replaces the need to have printed songbooks and paper song slips, which allows patrons at my shows to request songs from either their smart phone, or using one of my kiosk tablets I have at the show. Patrons love it, however I had to do it quickly and it is written in JS and runs on a WP site .... Its fine for what it is, however its reached the point where I need something smarter and more customizable, and I simply do not have the time to build it myself. I don't need anything
fancy, just clean, fast and simple to start with, and I plan to do ongoing work and keep adding new features in stages.

When a user wants to request a song, the first thing they must do is select the venue they are at, when they do so, it saves a cookie and that cookie expires in 12 hours. The song request form is clean and simple, it populates the Artist and Song Name at the top, has a First Name and Last Name initial field (to separate John S from John H etc), they can select if they are singing solo, a duet or part of a group, along with specifying if they would like the key/pitch of the song changed +/- 6.
When a song is requested, I have a section in my WordPress backend that shows me all the song requests in a table, which I can filter by venue (as I have multiple venues). I can delete requests one by one, after I have entered them into the singers queue. Each request has the timestamp it was requested, singer name and last initial, if its a duet - the second singers first name, if its a group it has the requester's First name and last name initial with "& Friends" on the end .... i.e. Mike J & Friends. This makes it easy for us to know when we queue up the songs.
The current system also has these functions:
1. Captures all search terms used by patrons when they are searching for a song, and puts it in
a very simple list with either a successful or unsuccessful flag. This allows me to see common search patterns.
2. Allows me to enable or disable the 'Request' option in the songbook. Patrons can still search,
they just don't get the request option
3. Allows me to enter new venues when I start hosting at new places
4. Allows me to add new songs to the songbook when I purchase new karaoke tracks.
It wouldn't let me put any more text here, so please refer to the attached for details of work required.
