Two issues with Word Press Woo Commerce website

I am running an commerce Wordpress site using woo commerce. I am having two issues with the website. 1) You cannot check out on a mobile device. When you try to make a purchase you get an error message "unable to process at this time" so the transaction cannot be completed. This is isolated to the mobile device. There is no issue with making the purchase/transaction on a computer. 2) We are using the Woo Commerce PlugIn "Product Add Ons" to add on embroidery items to purchases. When you add the embroidery item on it shows the additional $7.99 charge, but when you add it to your cart the $7.99 up charge fee does not apply to the total. I have a staging site set up to trouble shoot as I can't have any down time on the live website while trying to troubleshoot these issues. The project would entail trouble shooting the issue on the staging site THEN applying the "fix" to the live website. Thank you for your bibs!
