We are a travel company offering standard car, mini van and bus services from: airport, harbour to hotels and vice versa hotel to hotel hotel to places of interest one day or more days tours Our operation includes: we receive the order for move we import it to excel with all details needed we place it in excel in relevant columns and rows we use filters to analyze the type of cars needed (standard car, mini van , bus) we use filters to analyze the orders on a two ours basis difference we use filters to analyze the orders on direction basis and then we start to apply them to our vehicles and drivers We schedule them and keep track on them with excel. In excel we keep our past data for future reference. We are looking for a program to: drag and drop incoming orders automatically set them in starting time row divide orders with travel time difference filter and assign them to cars and drivers according to time sets It would be ideal for us if it was cloud and have access with mobiles also.

If the driver of vehicle use smartphone and keep data on, I can even track the location and show it in your web app. My solution is to build a web app with a user login panel. The web app will take your filled information (incoming order), arrange orders in groups by analyzing where they are going and at what time. The app will give you option to select proper available vehicle from your fleet. Once you allocate the vehicle to a group, the app will keep tracking the location of driver's mobile phone. It will keep saving the geo-coordinates in the database and update your screen on the real-time basis. There will be various color coding, for example, green for moving vehicles, red for vehicles which are free, yellow for vehicles which are in between travel but not running (such as location A, B or C etc.) As you need accessibility on mobile and on multiple devices, I will build this in the form of a website application, running on the cloud.
