Hello needs a very small program / script on a Windows CE device (GPS Navigation)

Program / script since it would upload deduct 180 days or 365 days and then display the image jpg file. bmp. high-resolution (tz. full-page covering the same functions of the device startup) When the lock by displaying the image file to the whole picture in the upper right corner of the bore so that the function to skip which was active for 30 days!
