Teacher one on one for GoDaddy hosting/Dreamweaver and move Wordpress to non-wordpress

I have had no luck moving my site out of wordpress and into usable HTML. What I have completed so far I can't get to display at [login to view URL], The WP site is www.preventpas.com. I don't want some one to do it for me. I want to understand how these work (especially godaddy) using ftp.
I don't understand CSS, what is a bootstrap, and where is my root?
