Main city (Required) (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 7. pick up to : City1 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 8. pick up to : City2 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 9. pick up to : City3 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 10. pick up to : City4 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 11. pick up to : City5 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 12. pick up to : City6 (choose from a list of dropdown) --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 13. Movements type (choose from a list of dropdown) inside city/ outsid city 14. Movements type (choose from a list of dropdown) For schools (Continuous)/ when make order --- this list must admin can management from cpanel 15. Price 16.
