Need to write a TDL to get the data in XML or JSON format from tally(available in default) into cloud at desired frequencies over 24 hrs or when connected to Internet. Give visibility from the last data sent from nodes through web application. Make all the transactions visible in the web appl. Consolidate the data at multiple hierarchical levels. Generate Report in as per any format with inbuilt report generator capability at any level. Report should be downloadable in excel, word & printable. TDL knowledge is a must. Knowledge of DBA & UI is must. Open source to be used only (my SQL & PHP- you may suggest also)
