I have a UWP app ready that can send messages and images automatically to a list of contacts. It is designed so it won't be blocked by whatsapp and it won't be recognized as a robot. This is only possible by sending things relatively slowly by 2 to 3 messages per minute. Anything else would get you blocked immediately. Let me know if you would like to know some more.
