Super simple wordpress product catalog

I need super simple product catalog in Wordpress (one page and two popups). On a page user should be able to see a list which would be loaded from a database (product table). Product table in database should have 6 columns: product id, user id, name, description, photo and price. On the page where that list of products should be displayed, next to each row (product) there should be two buttons - update and delete. Click on delete would delete the product from the database. And click on update would open a simple popup where user could update product name, description, price and photo. On the list page under the list of product there should be button to add new product. Click on the button would open the same popup as for updating products but user through this popup could create new product. This list of products should be created as a plugin, so I could use wordpress short-code to present it anywhere in my wordpress.
