Hello , we need to develop a step-by-step buying form for gym memberships.
Users must follow a wizard with some data like :
Gym or Pool ?
if GYM :
Monthly/Trimester/Yearly ? (with prices)
How many members?
Depending on number of members dynamic forms must appear like this GIF : [url removed, login to view]

Based on selection a woocommerce product must be selected and ready to pay, data registered from here must be recorded in woocommerce order [url removed, login to view] combination have different pricing (more members cheaper, more months cheaper, enrollment fee, discounts, etc)

The only problem with this is plugin does not support dynamic forms. If we can use it and add forms to it would be good
