Speed up my wordpress website & solve a few problems

I have a website with over 4k products which is running really slow.

Almost all images have been optimised. Product images on product pages are circa 10-25kb. Images on the homepage are a bit larger, some around the 100-150kb but again the current hosting plan should be able to cope and the front end and back end of the site is so slow adding or editing products and making any changes at all takes ages.
I am using DigitalOcean hosting services. I cannot currently resize the droplet as my credit card has not been billed yet, however the plan I am signed up to should be enough.
Please see below the details of my current standard droplet:
MEMORY - 16 GB
vCPUs - 6 vCPUs
SSD DISK - 320 GB
Currently several plugins are not functioning correctly i.e they will not load correctly or are only displaying limited options.
GTMetrix gives it an F / 30%.
The website does not even currently return a Google PageSpeed Insights result. The error message I get is: Lighthouse returned error: NO_FCP. Something went wrong with recording the trace over your page load. Please run Lighthouse again. (NO_FCP) (NO_FCP. Not sure if that will help in diagnosing the issue.
I am looking for someone experienced and trustworthy who can solve this for me, preferably today.
Please message me with some preliminary diagnosis of what the issues could be and what you propose to do to solve them as well as your fixed price bid.
I will need a noticeable uptake in the speed, preferably bringing it up to A/95%+ standards where possible.
