I need complete functional smpp server based on kannel sms gateway. The minimum requirements are as follows ( The more detailed the better)

1) Easy to use interface by non IT user.

2) Accounts setup – customer & vendors

3) Billing – able to generate invoices by period for customer

4) Prices by mobile operator & customer & vendor

5) Analytics – By country, Mobile operator, vendor, customer

6) Routing – SMPP & API

7) API panel for routing – simple for user to be able to copy paste API provided by vendor or customer

8) Brand the smpp platform with my logo.

9) Modify SMS – Be able to modify several words or strings in one sms

10) Very High through put

11) Can support ss7

I prefer deployment of a robust system that is already functioning very well elsewhere.
