Small Improvements to an exiting Workflow Application (Xls. Dropbox)

The actual application takes data from an email with att. - store att. document through a proper path in a Dropbox-folder - and fill xls records using information stored in mail filed It is working very well but some process improvements need to be carried out: Remove folder automatically created by application (i.e./ 019) I can't delete them manually as they are regenerated by the application. Improvements 1. The app will generate automatically a Business Protocol Code for each email (document) sent This unique code will be numeric: Year (2 digit) Month (2 digit) Day (2 digit) Serial (2 digit) = Document Protocol (concatenation 8 digit) i.e. 18022304 =23 February 2018 serial 04 2. The new mail body should contain the following information while protocol should go in the header: Document Type: PI Purchasing Invoice, SL Sales, EL Engagement Letters, BS Bank Statements (Drop Down List) Company: ZF, HH, EX (Drop Down List) Fiscal Month: Take by default the one of the protocol, but it can be changed (actual month) Competence: Yes/No (Drop Down List) Job: Text to be picked up from an xls in dropbox or a mysql (nice-to-have to be discussed) Account: Text to be picked up from an xls in dropbox or a mysql (nice-to-have to be discussed) Sub-account: Text to be picked up from an xls in dropbox or a mysql (nice-to-have to be discussed) NET: numeric (2 decimal) VAT: numeric (2 decimal) TOT: numeric (2 decimal) Payment: Yes/No (Drop Down List) - if Yes is selected then go to step 3: 3. Put a watermark on the document with its Document Protocol Number (nice-to-have to be discussed) It also would be nice to be able to process different extension (i.e. xls or jpg) to be converted in pdf (nice-to-have to be discussed) Send the document to a physical printer queue (nice-to-have to be discussed) 4.4.
