Small CRM for data cleaning

Hi I need someone to code me an php web application , the app will be a CRM that clean email list ( from pattern that i will insert into the database and from blacklist database i will bring) The app need me to able to : 1) Upload CSV Files with email to Clean : every file could be different , so the system should able to parse the files and add into database following the field , email , last name ..... 2) Upload CSV Files with Blacklist database 3) Add pattern that should be considered as bad pattern 5) I should get an option to "Clean" the list , that it mean it will compare the CSV Files to Clean that i upload to the Blacklist Database and to all the "bad pattern" 6) Then i should be able to export the files that i just cleaned
