I would like for you to develop a website for me. I would like this website to be developed using Javascript, HTML, Java, Python, CSS, PHP, etc. I'm looking for a website that will scrape information for all listings that appear in a Zillow search. Let me know if you plan on using Zillow's APIs or not. NOTE: All of the source code will be stored on my local PC so that I can test it out before I FTP it to my website. The user will input the following fields exactly as in Zillow website: - Address - Listing Type - Price Min Max - Number of Bedrooms - Number of Baths - Home Types - Square Feet Min Max - Lot Size - Year Built Min Max - Max HOA - Days on Zillow - Keywords The scraper will then output in descending order by (Zestimate - List Price) and will contain the following information for each listing: - Address - Contact Phone Number - List Price - Zestimate - Number of bedrooms - Number of bathrooms - Year Built - Lot size - Price/sqft - Floor size (sqft) - Days on Zillow - Last Sold - Ownership Interest - Standard Status - Comparable homes dollar amount - Local tax assessments - Description - Listing type (e.g. For Sale or Foreclosure) - Link to the home details page of the listing - A button that when pushed will download a CSV flat file.
