Simple PHP Script that Blocks TOR connections to my website

I am looking for a basic php script that can check and block tor connections to my website.
The script must:
1. Check daily Exit nodes from: [login to view URL] with my server IP
2. Have a cronjob check for new bulk list ip/nodes on a daily basis..
3. Display an Ajax popup modal saying: "Tor Connection are refused" When someone visits my site.
4. Be lightweight and not heavy on the server load.
If you can recommend an easier way then I am open to suggestions..
