Simple page to upload a XLS file and publish it as ICS

I need a page with 2 fields: Employee ID File to upload + Send button User uploads a XLS (format as the attached one) When the form is submitted we upload the file, loop through all rows that has a date We create an event for each of the row that has a date, elements: “Time interval” is starting time and ending time of the event As "event title" add value in the column “Shift” + “Duration” example “SHIFT 08:00 hours" Create a ICS file of it (example attached) Save the file in the same directory and print it on the page [login to view URL]{employeeID}.ics where employeeID is the value set in the form If the file exists already in that directory, it is overwritten Once the file is created successfully a message is printed on the page.
