Simple CMS needed to read and write text from XML.

I need a simple CMS to: - write HTML text fields to an XML file I also need simple PHP code to read the text from the XML file and output in a PHP file. I need to have a username and password protection to get into the CMS. The username and password will be hard coded into the PHP file. I don't want to use any databases - I know this will be the best and most secure solution. This will be done in a next version of the work. Please give 2 prices: 1. using simple text input. 2. using a text editor, where you can change the style of the text and insert images. (When adding styles to the text, the CSS should be inline. Not sure if this is standard anyway... but I thought I'd mention.) Initially, there will be 5 text fields say for example. I need to be able to change the editing system to have more or less text fields afterwards if I want to. If it makes it simpler, I'll be OK to change the code myself as long the code is well written. Please send a PM and I will show you a sample HTML page of where the text needs to be edited. This will make the job clearer. OM
