SETUP / CONFIGURE AWS HOSTING (WEB/DB/S3) + MAGENTO + BLACKFIRE + FASTLY

We are looking for someone experienced with AWS who can help us setup & configure the following stack for our Magento sites. Web Server DB Server S3 Storage / Backup (althuogh we are open to further suggestions) These must be optimised for Magento & we would also like to look at adding [login to view URL] & Fastly for further optimisation. We currently have a single server, which also though can easily handle our sites, we have no redundancy and due to our growth rate we wil outgrow this solution within the next 6 months. We currently use around 500GB of bandwidth per month, with unique visitors at around 25,000 unique visitors a month, so the usage is not very high.. although we have a few SQL imports / exports that use alot of I/O & CPU. Our main aim for this setup is to be ready for our continued growth and to add redundancy with a solid backup solution. We have tried to calculate the AWS costs per month for a setup we need, however as we are unsure on the full resources / setup we require we have not been able to work this out correctly, so we would really like for someone to outline what setup they would recommend and what they expect this to cost us in running costs.
