Rework code for class, small lectures and 2 projects

I am creating a course for online which is going to cover html, css, python, databases and deployment. I will work with you and give you guidance alongside you, so all questions can come to me in real time. I want someone who can work like this. i want a programmer who is experienced to doing this and can help me do this course quickly. I have sample courses and lecture notes you can use and I will help you full time. But I need an experienced programmer who also enjoys learning new things :) The skills you need are python and able to build a database/do analystics on Azure based on Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio. We will make a web scraper, populate a database, run analysis on Azure, display results on a website that we build. I want the website also built and hosted on Azure. That way, students can sign up on Azure for free and build everything there. The main project, after editing the 130 lecture codes is to create a "capstone project". it will be: -a website built in HTML/CSS/ JS/jQuery/ and bootstrap -hosted on Microsoft Azure -scraper program that populates database -database is analyzed on Azure -results displayed on website. I want you to make notes step by step and if you can record building it so I can re-record it live and present to my students.
