After erasing malware intrusion and afterwards updating Joomla from 3.2.? to latest version something went wrong. In the backend (which is working) it says "unknown Joomla" and in the frontend (which is somehow working too), the look is different (propably the formating; maybe an CSS problem?).
The errormessage when updating began with "Error 1054 Unknown column 'a.extra_query' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT DISTINCT a.update_site_id, [login to view URL], [login to view URL],"
Am looking for a Joomla-Geek, who can correct that issue.
I will need to have full access to the server files and DB as I will need to went over the site to test and fix to restore it to work the way you like.

I know about this issue. This is a partial upgrade corruption. Your site has about 50% of new files and 50% of old files, ratio may differ.
There is no practical way to restore to previous version than using a backup.
If you have a backup. Reinstall. Otherwise we have to re-construct site.
