Rent Reminder

Rent Reminder system will allow admin to check the members whose payment is due per month. But a couple of things is not clear to me:- Firstly I need to know whether the system will have any front end part or not? Option to change when rents due 1 week, 2 weeks etc- this part is not clear to me. Whether admin will collect rents on weekly basis or 2 weeks basis or you mean any other things? Please clear this point. Implementation of the random selection of the User, here is my logic:- There will be pool, cycle and person records. Each house name will be under pool. Here I will mention cycle number against each pool and person. Next I will create database. The database will be contained with Cycle table, Pool table, person against each pool, etc. Against each person there will be Id, Name and other details; There I will also keep a table name randomly chosen person ID table in the database. So the basic logic is to pass the Person ID which is available in the Person ID lists but not available in the random chosen list. As the already chosen person ID will be stored into the Randomly chosen person ID- so one person will not be chosen repeatably until all the user have been chosen for one cycle. I will apply Php rand function. Now I need to make a detail discussion with you regarding the project. Please let me know which time will be most convenient for you to discuss. I will make my schedule accordingly. After discussion will give oyu an exact time estimation and charge.

Do we need any mechanism to send email or SMS ? 2. How we will come to know each member from pool has paid rent ? Is this manual entry ? 3. Do you need Web or Windows application ?
