Recruitment Platform (Website & App) Incorporate the use of video

I'm looking for somebody to build me a recruitment platform which is capable of utilizing video recording for interviews. First the employer needs to list a role by multiple choice - Sector, location, years experience, salary, education, relevant experience, type of person, timescale etc. The way the video software should work is as follows: The employer asks "5" prerecorded questions which the candidate responds to in their own time (not live) and then submits their video once they are happy with it. The employer needs to have control over the questions, for example "Question 1" needs to be linked to "Answer 1" and easily reviewable Maybe an App? Or maybe a mobile-friendly website. Other features: - Employer Dashboard - History, location, available roles, company profile, hiring manager details etc. - Candidate Dashboard - History, Job requirements, education, willing to travel, has a car, location etc. - Candidate submit CV / Video about me / Linked in profile - Candidate can submit their preferences which will then alert them to suitable roles by notification and/or email - Location, sector, salary, hours etc. Branding very simple and clean The platform will be chargeable to companies and not to candidates. Pricing will be based on job listings, for example, "1 Job Listing - 30 Days = £99" and then other tiers like "2 Job Listings - 30 Days = £149" or "Unlimited Listings - 1 year = £499 for 1 year) Must integrate to a payment platform
