Hello; I have a rankings website for a flash-based game. I have a php-based tool that calculates ELO and is currently functional. There are only minor changes that need to be done to the tool. Additionally, several changes/requests to the actual display in the rankings/website need to be done, the website currently looks very ugly and the loading speed is terrible. I have purchased a new vps to host it and it has migrated to it but it still loads slowly, the cpu only uses 2% of the resources, so something needs to be optimized for it. The most important part of my project are these requests; I listed them in a pastebin below explaining in detail how the tool works and what needs to be done. The current website is very ugly and a new template(mobile friendly) is needed, that also looks neat and smooth. Everything is explained in the pastebin.
