A Windows PC ( Desktop) software that uses meteorological data and calculate the water requirements for different crops. The producer will initially introduced once the data for each field of as the location of the field, the plant species, age of plant, type of soil, type of irrigation system, water quality, when watered last etc. In view of the above program will selects the nearest weather station and uses historical meteorogika details and weather forecast for proposing the producer when to irrigate and how much water. The producer will receive notifications via EMAIL and will introduce the program after each watering the actual date watering and the actual amount of water. These elements will be taken into account for the next watering. If you do not import these data the producer the program considers that the producer watered the date the program proposed and the amount of water that the program proposed. The program database should be able to manage multiple weather stations, several producers and several fields for each producer with different cultures. The program should be able to automatically import meteorological data from the weather station database or file on the same computer that is installed the program
