2. The column „zusatz“ is updated with the value that is in the field „Ansprechpartner“
3. The text that is in the field message is sent by mail to the mail adress in the DB column „mail“, and in BCC the adress X.
4. The file that can be reached at the URL in the column „file_path“ is attached to the mail.
5. The status of the column „abmahnung“ is set to 1.
6. The current date is put into the column „date_abmahnung“.
