I have an app store currently with an app but I'd like to take it to the next level by having it's own emulator similar to bluestacks or nox etc ...it doesn't need all the same crazy features but something basic should do for now with some back end stuff so we can do things like promotions etc .. **NOTE** We're not looking at doing this right away ..currently we're just seeking bids so we can get an idea of costs etc. Thanks!
