I would make an administrator form where you can add/edit/remove categories, subcategories and products. The homepage would then feature the top categories, an internal searchbar, and the trending/hot/popular/new products (whatever you think is best). The categories will just take the user further to the subcategories or the products. The searchbar will display products exactly like the category product view. It will feature some ajax js so that it can fetch the data without forcing the user to hit search(load a new page). Then it's only the product page left. Where all the info about the product is being presented and the various retailers with the best price up top. Additionaly I might add a google maps map with all the physical shops assuming you provide adresses to them. I will start by designing the database and the core backend components in order to prevent hardcoding. Then it's just up to some light javascript ajax calls, a few button clicks, the css3 animations controlled by javascript and the overall design. NOTE: I won't make you a logo or any icons! You will either have to buy an icon set or i'll have to pick a bunch of free ones.
