Prestashop order page timeout

Every time someone tries buy from my PrestaShop website, mostly on mobile they get and timeout page, but the order still goes through. I contacted my hosting provider to look into the matter. They replied that all seems well on the server side. I want a professional to go through my website and correct what is causing these problems.
