Posting and editing to WordPress from an external PHP administration screen

We plan to operate a portal site using WordPress.
From the external management screen (PHP + DataBase) for the portal site,
It will be a system that can post and edit.
The following words are used for explanation.
Admin… System administrator (our company)
User A… User A who uses this system
User B… User A who uses this system
WordPressA ... WordPress site (portal site) named A
WordPressB ... WordPress site (portal site) named B
System ... System requested this time (external PHP management screen)
When describing the contents of the portal site as a hotel for convenience,
WordPressA has information on A's inner, photos, and information.
The design of the portal site will be done here,
We will separately indicate which position (area) to display what information.
Information is divided for each item, for example, room guidance, restaurant guidance,
Lounge information, fitness information, hot spring information, etc.

When User A logs into the system with User A's ID & PASS,
Write information on user A's ryokan, upload photos,
You can edit information that is already registered.
The contents registered in the system will be reflected in WordPressA.
To determine what information is displayed in which position (area) of the WordPress page,
Since it is defined in advance in the system,
For example, if you register a header image from the system management screen,
This means that the image at the header position of WordPressA will be updated.
Because the base is WordPress, articles and new information about the inn,
If you register from the system management screen, it will be reflected to WordPress.
Similarly, User B operates a portal site called WordPressB,
The information updated by User B after logging in to the system is reflected in WordPressB.
The same goes for user C, user D, and so on.
The administration screen for Admin mainly manages users.
For example, user list, search, new user registration, suspension, deletion, etc.
Also, linking which user is which WordPress,
This is done on the administration screen for Admin.
The server on which the system is installed is planned to be a general Linux rental server.
