Number N1 is a priority.

1. On the Chatbox that we have to communicate between the members, we have two options Audio and Video calling. They both supported through Twilio (3rd party app) and therefore each call accruing charge per minute. At the moment we connect Video/Audio calling to the Premium packages which is 25$ a month and obviously we realised that this monthly fee will not cover the cost of even 1-hour calling. So we need to change these two options Video and Audio calling to the Buy a Credit option and set a limit like 100 credits for 5 minutes of Video and Audio calling. If a member will be pressing on the top of the ChatBox Audio and Video option, we should have a window pop-up with message "Video or Audio calls service will cost you 100 credits for 5 minutes". Please see jpg attached with sample on how window should look like.

2. We need to make sure that we know the lengh of the call for each or every member call. So we can monitor our cost and member spending. At the moment we can see the start of the call but not finish which may cause us additional charges. However Twilio team provided us with these helpful articles or you have a chance to get in touch with them directly.

I am assuming we are using our Programmable Video SDK to implement Video calling on your website. The Usage Endpoints aggregates historical data so they would not have instantaneous live data about your Video Rooms.

3. We need the function where fake dummy will be able to answer to the Real Member or welcome a Real visitor of their profile with preselected Answers like 15 to 20 of them, like: hello, how are you, what's your name, where you come from and etc.
