Hello. Here is the what is possible. If items sells on your site then the plugin can use the api to remove the item from both amazon and eBay. For the reverse the plugin needs to subscribe for events on each of the services (Amazon, eBay) and when sell event happens they will notify the extension which in turn will hide the product from woo. About other 3 websites it is possible but not easy. Let me explain. First of all each of the websites needs to be studied and explored to understand how it works internally. Then based on that different techniques could be used to automate adding and removing products from them. Adding is a little easier. Since when you add a product on your site the extension only needs to go to each site one by one and add the product. Reverse is a lot harder from woo. Because in order to make it work extension will have to go to each site let's say once a minute and check if product is there. If not then it should hide it from your store. The first problem is that it introduces a delay of one minute between stores. Second they can detect that you are connecting too often and block you. Third this solution is fragile because it is not API and can change without notification and when it happens it breaks. Well in any case feel free to contact if you need advice.
