seeking a freelancer that can implement escrow api into a new site freelancer must design site so a customer can come on and become a member create a milestone for a service, once the service is complete the customer will then release the milestone just like free lancer the site is for Australian customers so needs to be in AUD. site needs to be able to take payments from either paypal or credit cards for creating escrow we already have a theme in mind that we want the site to look and also have a virtual server to upload the site to Freelancer must be able to code the site from scratch and not be using wordpress etc on going work will be given to the awarded freelancer to keep the site secure and updated please only apply for the job if you have read and understood the requirements, if you have read the job description please submit your bid and start your proposal with hi Brendan James so i know your have read and not just an automated bid, we are not interested in automated bids you are wasting your own time Regards Brendan James
