phpBB3 Twitter Mod, Auto adding new or acitve topic form phpbb3 to Twitter

Hello, I need bild phpBB3 Twitter Mod, Functionality: Auto adding new topic or active topic phpBB3 from a Twitter account. Additional requirement: I want to have Possibility to choose forums that will be considered for publication topics I want to be able to enter additional text like the introductory text or finishing which may contain hashtag. For active topics I want to be able to determine whether the topics are to publiowac immediately on twitter or at specific times.
