hello there i want to hire a person which is able to create a telegram channel as you know bots on telegram are not the things for spamming and this channel will gonna use as personal. on this software i want to leech from youtube and instagram and watermark them. the watermark given to channel by PNG file or text. channel should able to adjust the coordination of watermark on video or pic or GIF files by user and send them by files in telegram app. as you know for creating these kinds of channel from telegram api we just need linux host and PHP skills for any question or information please text me here.i will give you some example of them in telegram system Best Regards
