PHP script to import posts into wordpress from an XML

Hello,
I need someone to write a simple php script for me.
The script is needed to add posts/articles to wordpress.
The php script must read and parse an XML file, and add the data as a wordpress post.
Example of the XML file :

I want the data in the XML to be inserted as a post, with the title, content, permalink, author, post date, and of course the image must be added to wordpress library and must be used as featured image for that post.
I want to run the php script from the command line (cli)
PS : Do not place high bids, this is a very simple project.
The script must use Wordpress functions to add the post, download and add the image to wordpress library, and then add the image as a featured image for the post.
