PHP Script for Storing data to database and sending to Facebook API

Dont Bid if you cant do the project. Need to be strict in Time. We need a PHP Script to: In Short: 1. Store some information (an Image url and a caption) in a database. 2. Publish the same to Facebook API In detail: 1. Need an input form to enter Image URL and Caption 2. A PHP Script should check image hashes in DB for duplicates 3. If no duplicates are found, Download the image to a local directory. 4. Save the Image filename (local) and Provided Caption to database table. 5. push the data (a random image and its caption from the DB) to Facebook Page API when a script is run.
