PHP Script connected to PayPal via RandomStringOfNumbersAndLetters

I need a PHP program that connects to PayPal payments.

I would need one single PHP file called [url removed, login to view] that calls two txt/csv files on the same server.

[url removed, login to view] can be edited with the 2 PayPal email addresses:

vendorpp=sales@paypalemail1

wholesalerpp=sales@paypalemail2

... and when called on a web browser, looks for 2 txt/csv files:

[url removed, login to view] - should have the following data:

Random String of Numbers/Letters,Product Name,Product Price in US Dollar,Return URL

If the data is not present on the list in [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] will shift to 2nd PayPal email address on the code and look at [url removed, login to view]

Random String of Numbers/Letters,Product Name,Product Price in US Dollar,Return URL

So on the web, if this is clicked/loads on browser:

[url removed, login to view]

It will look FIRST at [url removed, login to view] if RandomStringNumbersLetters is there and proceeds to PayPal with the corresponding product name/price/return URL for actual payment process. After successful payment, customer is sent to corresponding Return URL based on the random string. If payment is canceled or fails, customer will be sent to the website homepage.

IF not at [url removed, login to view], will look at [url removed, login to view] if RandomStringNumbersLetters is there and proceeds to PayPal with the corresponding product name/price/return URL for actual payment process. After successful payment, customer is sent to corresponding Return URL based on the random string. If payment is canceled or fails, customer will be sent to the website homepage.

Actually, for some security, vendor.txt and wholesaler.txt can be renamed to randomstring also. pay.php should be able to be edited with the txt/csv filename.

Example: pay.php looks for g429tt28tt03t8gr.txt (aka vendor.txt) and if product data is not there, looks for 7tuigc2798t8c2ch48.txt (aka wholesaler.txt)

It should be simple in pay.php to edit the following:

wholesalerpaypal=sales@paypalemail2
vendorcsv=g429tt28tt03t8gr.txt
wholesalercsv=7tuigc2798t8c2ch48.txt
