PHP File: Upload multiple images + spreadsheet, resize images, process against OCR API, Return data

We need a simple file/system to: 1. Provide the ability to select multiple photos from the computer 2. Provide the ability to select a spreadsheet 2. Resize down each photo proportionally to 1500 pixels wide and save the file and the spreadsheet 3. Process the photos against the free OCR API at [login to view URL] 4. Match the data returned from the OCR with the data in the spreadsheet and return the data in table format on the screen with the following columns and related data: Name, Email, Tracking Number Notes: This needs to be written in PHP. It will be hosted on GoDaddy's shared hosting servers; we cannot provide you with access to this. Please sign up for your own API key to dev/test. An example of the spreadsheet and image is attached.
