We have a WordPress site for running opinion polls and quizzes. We need to customize the poll plugnis to meet our needs. We also need support in deploying the site on the Digital Ocean Kubernetes, setup SSL, set up Email Gateways, DNS, and GitHub CI/CD. We need someone with experience in customizing WordPress plugins (not just installing and customizing themes), making Database level changes, upgrading the WP after upgrading etc. Also, the developer needs t to have a good UI/design sense since we will have changes and customizations to be made to the front end. We need the WordPress setup to be such that there will be CI/CD integrated - you should push the source code to the GitHub repo and the server (Digital Ocean) should automatically deploy the changes.
